1) Indian sprinter Dutee Chand has been chosen to be honoured with Chhattisgarh Veerni Award. She will be awarded at the inaugural edition of the awards.

 The honour comes as the sprinter prepares herself for Tokyo Olympics.
 The award has been established to recognize Indian women in various fields.

5) The Reserve Bank of India has revised its inflation-forecasting model to better capture how fiscal and monetary policy interact with real-economy elements.
👉The adjustments incorporate fiscal-monetary dynamics, India’s unique and often chaotic fuel pricing regime, and exchange-rate fluctuations and their impact on balance of payments.

7) A port city in eastern China has launched an ambitious plan to build the country’s fifth rocket launch site, under a longer-term goal to ramp up space infrastructure to meet the demands of an expected boom in commercial missions.

14) Union ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship or MSDE will organise the first regional workshop to understand provisions of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0 or PMKVY 3.0 and to effectively implement the scheme in the North East Region (NER) at Gangtok.
 The workshop is aimed at learning from the best practices and understanding the challenges related to PMKVY 3.0 and to build a detailed understanding on the use of the Skill India Portal.
